This means coordinating with trusted professionals who can represent you, working closely with notaries, assisting with legal matters, and supporting you with residency permits. Every detail is managed to ensure your interests are safeguarded.
After the purchase
My role doesn’t end with the deed. I can oversee project management for renovations, restorations, or new constructions, and I handle practical essentials such as utility contracts, property taxes, and local registrations. Because I live in Umbria, I also serve as your trusted representative on the ground, ensuring everything is cared for – even when you are far away.
